Data Distribution
Stearns County Land Management has a wide variety of GIS datasets available for purchase. View the County Fee Schedule to obtain fees related to datasets. The primary datasets distributed by the Surveyors Office are:
- Roads
- 2010 Aerial Photo (available in color & black and white)
- 2005 Aerial Photography
- LIDAR (2 ft contours, county wide)
- Parcel data (parcels, additions, lots, block)
To receive information, all customers must sign a distribution agreement.

In addition, customers may also purchase parcel data through Stearns County's Property Management Portal. PMP is an internet application that provides the county's business partners with 24/7 online access to real time property records information. Mapping
Stearns County has several interactive maps and mapping tools available for users to browse their property for tax information, assessment values, floodplains, day care locator, etc.
Use the online document library to browse maps relating to commissioner districts, legislative district, school districts, etc.
