County Recorder
The County Recorder's office serves as
the source of historical records for the county, in compliance with Minnesota statutes. This office is
responsible for providing services such as:
- reviewing, recording and archival preservation of legal documents that pertain to Real Estate, Property Liens and Tax Liens
- processing of Military Discharge records
- maintenance of the library of historical real estate records
