Stearns County is committed to keeping the public informed of county business, through the publishing of County Board minutes, financial reports, public hearing notices, and other information.
A Public Notice is a notice to residents informing them of county business and/or official action to be taken by the County. Stearns County is required by law to publish such notices; such as our intent to enact an ordinance, public hearings for zoning-related matters, requests for large gathering permits, and financial statements.

Notice of Stearns County Feedlot Review Committee Meetings
The Stearns County Feedlot Review Committee will be holding regularly scheduled meetings on the fourth Wednesday of each month, when there are applications to review, at 1:00 pm in Room 121 C/D of the Stearns County Service Center, 3301 County Road 138, Waite Park, MN. The purpose of these meetings will be to review feedlot conditional use permit applications. Agenda items for each meeting will be available in the Environmental Services office for review.
Notice of Stearns County Wetland Rules Committee Meetings
The Stearns County Wetland Rules Committee will be holding regularly scheduled meetings on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 1:00 pm in Room #107AB of the Stearns County Administration Center, 705 Courthouse Square, St Cloud, MN. The purpose of these meetings will be to review Wetland Replacement Plan Applications. Agenda items for each meeting will be available in the Environmental Services office for review.
