Planning and Zoning Rules

The Stearns County Environmental Services Department administers a number of programs, rules and regulations on behalf of the State of Minnesota. Such programs, rules and regulations include but are not limited to:

  • the Delegated Feedlot Program;
  • Wetland Conservation Act;
  • Shoreland Program;
  • SSTS Program;
  • Food Beverage and Lodging Program;
  • Solid Waste Programs
  • and Household Hazardous Waste Programs.
