Adult Supervision

Stearns County provides supervision for adult offenders in a variety of ways:

• Probation services include traditional supervision, specialized correction, specialty court programs and drug testing.
• The Community Service Work program offers the opportunity for offenders to perform work as part of their probation.
• Electronic Monitoring, including home confinement and remote breath testing, provides an alternative to traditional probation and jail.
• The Sex Offender program uses specialized methods to supervise program participants.
