A warrant is a court order to apprehend an individual. The warrants on this website include only those warrants related to criminal matters venued in Stearns County District Court. Names appearing on the list do not indicate that the person is guilty of the crime; only that there was a warrant on file for their arrest on the date the list was published.
Please note that wanted individuals should not be arrested based on the information posted to this website. All warrants must be confirmed by the issuing agency prior to enforcement. While we intend to make every effort to keep the information on this page accurate and current, there are often delays between court action on a warrant and updates to the Sheriff’s Office warrant database.
