The Virtual License Center is designed to allow citizens to submit and pay for several License Center requests online.
Marriage certificates, non-certified death certificates, and DNR Vehicle Registrations do not require a signature; therefore, can be applied and paid for completely online.
Certified and non-certified birth certificates and certified death certificates may also be completed and paid for online. However, these forms require a signature. Applicants may mail, fax or upload a notarized application for these certificates without coming in to the License Center.
The marriage license application requires that applicants appear in person at the license center to sign the completed form. The advantage of applying online is that it enables the applicants to complete and pay for their marriage license before visiting the license center. Applicants who choose to complete the form online will receive a “Fast Pass” email giving them top priority in the License Center, making their visit quick and efficient.
