Military Discharge Records became private data pursuant to law on January 1, 2004. To obtain a copy of your military discharge record, an application process must be completed in compliance with data privacy laws.

Contact the Stearns County Veterans Service Officer to obtain an application to apply for a certified copy of a Military Discharge record (DD 214).
