To receive your tax statements and Truth in Taxation notice via email, Request an electronic tax statement .

Property tax statements and Truth-in-Taxation statements may also be viewed online.

Property taxes are collected on all residential, agriculture and mobile homes. Taxes are collected on approximately 69,000 parcels in Stearns County.

2012 Real Estate and Personal Property tax statements will be mailed to property owners Wednesday, March 21, 2012.

2012 Mobile Home tax statements will be mailed to property owners in June 2012.

  • Each statement provides Valuation and Classification information for Payable 2011 and 2012 taxes for comparison purposes.
  • Statements include Property Address, Abbreviated Tax Description and Property Identification Number (PIN) to identify the property covered by the statement.
  • Property Tax amounts show the breakdown of 2011 and 2012 property taxes by jurisdiction, special taxing districts (example watershed districts, County Housing Redevelopment Authority (HRA)), referenda levies, and a breakdown of specials assessments.
